During your initial consultation, we’ll take time to understand you, your goals, and how your body moves, so we can create a safe and effective training plan tailored specifically to you.
We’ll cover:
Client Intake Form: Review your health history, lifestyle, exercise experience, and any injuries or limitations
Personal Goals: Discuss short- and long-term goals such as strength, fat loss, mobility, performance, or overall wellness
Movement Assessment: Evaluate posture, mobility, and basic movement patterns to identify strengths, imbalances, and areas to improve
Measurements: Record body weight and optional body measurements to establish a starting point and track progress over time
Next Steps: Outline a customized training plan and recommendations moving forward
